He has been completed more than 300 cases for mergers, de-mergers, amalgamations etc. He is dealing in all Types of cases including Writ Petitions, both civil & criminal, appeals, Letters Patent Appeals, revisions and original suits and matters under Recovery Laws, Banking matters, National Company law Tribunal (NCLT), Department of Company Affairs, documentation for financial transaction, Regulatory Matters including RBI Compliances, documentation of Property transactions, SEBI and listing matters.

He has depth knowledge on alternative recovery routes available including Civil, Criminal and under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Corporate defaulters), DRT, BIFR, DCA, SEBI and AAIFR. He also provides Strategic advice on alternative channels for Corporate Restructuring/ Rehabilitation and selection of the most suitable channel. He has vast expertise in documentation services for all kinds of transactions, drafted and vetted, writings of all kinds including Joint Venture Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Share Holders agreements, Lease and License documentation, Securitization deals etc. Structured and documented financing transactions such as Lease, Hire Purchase, Asset Transfer, Servicing Agreements, Loan agreement, Mortgage / Hypothecations deeds.

Office, private equity practices, Takeover of Companies by change in the management of closely held companies and completion of all formalities relating thereto, Merger/ Amalgamation/ Restructuring and Reduction of Share Capital, Acquisition of Shares under SEBI’s takeover code, statutory compliances, statutory ‘activity-based’ compliances like conducting General Meetings of Listed Companies, Board Meetings/Audit Committees meetings in which large number of Directors are appointed by the Institutions/Banks as Nominee Directors, attending to inspection/investigation and compounding of various offences under the Companies Act, Listing/Delisting of Shares.

He is also Insolvency Professional and has acted as IRP, RP and Liquidator in many companies. He possess in depth knowledge of process right from start of CIRP till dissolution of Corporate Debtor. At present he is Liquidator in TIRUPATI INKS LTD a BSE listed Company and Home Credit India Strategic Advisory Services Pvt Ltd. a Subsidiary of Home Credit India B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands.
He has been empaneled as Insolvency Professional with National Company law Tribunal (NCLT-New Delhi), State Bank of India (SBI), Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), Oriental bank of Commerce, Indian Overseas Bank, Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI), Allahabad Bank, Bank of Baroda, Administrator under the SEBI (Appointment of Administrator and Procedure for Refunding to the Investors).
